(1) Build A Strategy -
What's next? Where do you want to move to? How can Jason Ma PhD & Company help you reach your goal? Let's discuss and form a game plan.
(2) Organize Paperwork -
Time to discuss the details and sign the listing agreement documents and disclosures. Now we can turn the wheels.
(3) Order Marketing -
The agents at Jason Ma PhD & Company will order a full marketing suite of services, including but limit to: professional photoshoot and video shoot of the property, digital flyers, film, brochures, website and digital advertising blasts.
(4) Going Live -
Once the property is ready and the For Sale yard sign is up, we'll go live, turn your house loose on the MLS and all over the internal, i.e. Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtors.com, etcetera and to our database of buyers along with other potential buyers looking for a home.
(5) Open House -
Time to plan for both broker preview and public open houses in accordance with your schedule and real estate goals.
(6) Receiving The Offers -
Jason Ma, PhD & Company will review and discuss important offer details that will guide how we decide to move forward with the sale.
(7) Let's Negotiate -
Now, we weigh our options and choose to accept, decline, or counter the offer as we work toward mutual acceptance.
(8) Home Inspection -
Buyers will schedule several professional inspections. Full home inspection will be done. Plan to be away during inspections
(9) Negotiate Repairs -
Every home can use some TLC. Jason Ma, PhD & Company will assist you to negotiate needed repairs with the buyer's agent & buyer. If agreement can't be reached, the buyers can opt to terminate
(10) Appraisal -
The lender will assign an appraiser to ensure the home value is proportionate to the measure of the buyer's loan amount.
(11) Prepare For Closing -
Once approved, all documents head to the escrow company where they will prepare everything needed for signing.
(12) Closing Time -
The escrow company will contact you to schedule a time to sign all the required closing documents.
